Objective
As the Creative Director for UYWI (Urban Youth Workers Institute), our goal was to establish an in-house creative team dedicated to developing and digitally distributing impactful campaigns that engage urban youth workers nationwide. By providing the necessary tools, we positively impacted at-risk youth and contributed to the rebuilding of communities.

Objective
We created a video curriculum to train REIMAGINE apprentices in social media management. Our tasks included creating a social media calendar and posting on behalf of REIMAGINE. We adopted a “I do, we do, you do” approach, ultimately handing over the work to our trained apprentices.

Achieved 296% organic growth in total engagement and 9.8% increase in total followers within 2 months, through a compelling visual story.
